1. Introduction
Welcome to FAJR. We provide users with access to our collection of handcrafted natural leather goods, including bags, wallets, and accessories (“Products”) for sale via our e-commerce platform.

2. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FAJR. All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and the FAJR name and logo, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and international conventions. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of FAJR.

3. Products & Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the Products available on the Site.

Natural Materials: Please note that our Products are crafted from natural leather. As a natural material, leather may have unique characteristics such as minor scars, variations in grain, or slight differences in color. These are not defects but rather hallmarks of genuine leather, making each piece unique.
Color Display: We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s or mobile device’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
Availability: All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any Products at any time for any reason. Prices for all Products are subject to change.

4. Orders, Payments, and Billing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Order Confirmation: An order is not confirmed until it has been dispatched. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, in no event shall FAJR, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.

Our liability in all circumstances is limited to the purchase price of the Product you purchased.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
